MINDWORKS expands into US market with

batteries plus win


We are thrilled to announce that MindWorks Consulting has been appointed by American speciality retail chain Batteries Plus to deliver improvements to their eCommerce experience.

The partnership marks MindWorks Consulting’s expansion into the US market since launching in January this year.

Batteries Plus is an American speciality retail chain that sells rechargeable batteries. They are one of the United States largest and fastest growing battery suppliers and sell to millions of consumers each year.

The brand sells rechargeable batteries of varying size and voltage for cars, boats, cameras and various household items. They have 700+ stores throughout the US, as well as an eCommerce site.

MindWorks has been appointed to improve results in the performance of key metrics across the brands website, from CX, through to data and technology.

They will work to improve the eCommerce channel’s strategy, define its role and purpose and propose a roadmap on how to get there.
